This is the Organic Flow yearly signature retreat and it’ll be our 6th time running it. This isn’t a retreat where you hide from winter, it’s where you meet it head on and let it change you. Four days in Sweden’s winter wilderness: sunrise yoga, optional ice bathing, wood fired sauna sessions, and crisp forest walks. We’ll feed you plant-based feasts and send you home with fresh inspiration for cooking, ways of moving that feel joyful and freeing, and a vision board for the year you can’t wait to live. You’ll leave well rested up, clear-headed, and excited to bring this delicious way of life into your everyday.

YOGA

Enjoys twice daily yoga classes in this beautiful yoga Shala with views of nature. You’ll enjoy a mixture of Ashtanga Vinyasa, Intuitive Synergy combined with dance, and Yin Yoga, tailored for all levels.

fOod

Homemade plant-based feasts made with local, organic, and seasonal ingredients. You can expect 3 delicious meals per day, as well as hot drinks, and creative sweet treats.

VISION BOARDS

Creative vision board-making workshops drawing on methodology from the Make Happen Institute to set intentions and map out your dreams for the year ahead.

LOCATION

Nestled in the south of Sweden (2.5 hrs from Malmö) by a serene lake and forest, this retreat is surrounded by stunning nature, perfect for reflection, and exploration.

ACCOMMOATION

A beautiful Swedish house, built entirely from wood and other natural materials. Stylishly furnished, it offers a cozy and welcoming retreat atmosphere. With a sauna and fully equipped yoga shala.

SAUNA

Optional invigorating guided ice bathing sessions by the lake, incorporating breathwork techniques to help you embrace the cold with calm and focus followed by wood fire sauna sessions.

Retreat Hosts

AUTUMN

Food, movement, and connection are what bring me joy. As a food designer, I work with seasonal, organic, plant-based ingredients to create meals that nourish and inspire. I recently published my cookbook, Homemade Vegan, which celebrates the creativity and connection food brings. I love bringing people together around the kitchen table to share food and meaningful moments.

As a yoga teacher, my focus is on helping people connect to themselves -their body, breath, and the present moment. Yoga is an opportunity to feel our body.

I’m trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, and I aim to make yoga accessible and welcoming for everyone. My classes are creative and playful, whilst drawing from the wisdom of yoga philosophy.

With a training in Pranayama, the breath plays a central role in my teaching. I believe the breath is the thread that ties the practice together, guiding transitions and anchoring the experience.

I look forward to sharing this retreat with you and creating space for connection, reflection, and growth. See you soon!

SANDI

Close your eyes, move with me, and let your body guide you. Smile, feel loved, and share that love. This is the energy I bring to my yoga classes, sometimes calm and introspective, other times energetic and full of laughter and movement. Whatever the style, you’ll always feel my warmth, kindness, and positive energy.

I’m trained in Synergy Yoga, a practice that blends yoga, physiotherapy, and dance. This method focuses on core movement, natural breathing, and gentle stretching, making it a healthy and enjoyable approach for everyone, especially those with small health challenges like I’ve had, such as years of lower back pain. Synergy Yoga is my favorite way to move, and I love sharing it with others.

I also completed an Ashtanga and Vinyasa Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India. You’ll see this influence in my active, dynamic flows and in moments of chanting mantras that I learned from my teachers in India.

Beyond yoga, one of my greatest joys is guiding cold-water bathing experiences. For me, it’s a time of pure presence and aliveness, surrounded by nothing but water and the moment itself. It’s a transformative practice I’m excited to share with you.

We believe that rest, joy, and pleasure shouldn’t only be available to those who can afford them.

The retreat has its fixed price to fairly pay the place, the farmers we source our produce from, the facilitators, and the work that goes into creating the experience. But we wanted to find a way to open the door a little wider. Maybe you can help us do that.

If you choose our Gift a Place ticket, a portion of what you pay goes directly toward funding a place for a woman who wouldn’t otherwise be able to join us. A woman carrying more than her fair share, who deserves to set it down for a few days.

She’ll sit beside you at dinner, move with you in the morning, and share the same four days under the same midsummer sun. You won’t know who she is, and she won’t know it was you, but the circle will be fuller because of it.
