Food is one of my greatest loves, and in my kitchen it's always organic, vegan, and seasonal.

I make cookbooks, host food events, workshops, and foodie retreats. Food, for me, is one of the most powerful tools we have for connection and change.

I'm here to change the food system, in the most delicious and joyful way possible.

I believe in real food, grown in real soil, by local farmers, not made in factories, packaged in plastic, and flown across the world.

I always cook organic. Not as a trend or a label, but because it matters. Organic farming cares for the soil, and healthy soil is the foundation of everything. It's where nutrients come from, where ecosystems live, where the flavour actually begins. When we choose organic, we're not just choosing what goes into our bodies. We're choosing how we treat the earth beneath our feet. It's a small act with a long ripple.
