Why yoga at Joy?
Because yoga is for everyone, and we mean everyone. If you think you’re too stiff for yoga, it’s like saying you’re too dirty to take a bath - it’s all the more reason to dive in!
At Joy, yoga is about stepping out of your mind and connecting to your body and breath. It’s a chance to move with joy, to create space, and to simply be. There’s no perfect pose here, just a place to be playful, to experiment, and to let movement bring you back to yourself.
So come as you are, and let’s move together.
I am a 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa and Pranayama Yoga Alliance approved teacher, and I also hold an additional 50-hour Yin Yoga training certificate. My yoga journey started nine years ago when I began attending Vinyasa flow classes, and over time yoga became an integral part of my life.
I trained at the Wild Warrior Yoga School in Spain and have taught classes in Costa Rica, Sweden, the UK, and on Zoom. I also host seasonal yoga retreats around Europe.
My classes are about reconnecting with your body and breath in a grounded way. I integrate pranayama, breathwork, and poetry, drawing from the structure of Ashtanga with a fresh, playful approach that invites exploration and joy.
Tuesday Online Yin Yang yoga
This energising class combines gentle Yin stretches with a dynamic Vinyasa flow, creating the perfect balance to awaken, stretch, and strengthen your body for the day ahead. Open to all levels. You just need a mat and comfortable clothes.
