As a yoga teacher, my greatest joy is helping people come back to their body, their breath, and the present moment. I’m trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and Pranayama, and I love weaving all of that together, so one class might feel playful and creative, and the next slow, earthy, and deeply calming. I always bring in an element of Pranayama, and sometimes a little poetry or yoga philosophy finds its way in too

I am a 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa and Pranayama Yoga Alliance approved teacher, and I also hold an additional 50-hour Yin Yoga training certificate. My yoga journey started ten years ago when I began attending Vinyasa flow classes, and over time yoga became an integral part of my life.

I trained at the Wild Warrior Yoga School in Spain and have taught classes in Costa Rica, Sweden, the UK, and on Zoom. I also host seasonal yoga retreats around Europe.
