We are a small collective, run by just two women, Autumn and Sandrina. Every person who chooses to join us on retreat truly matters to us, and we pour our passion and love into creating a unique experience for each and every one of you. We kindly ask that you read these terms and conditions carefully before booking, so that there is full clarity and no misunderstanding on either side.

Booking & Payment

To secure and confirm your place on a retreat, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total retreat fee is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 21 days before the retreat start date. Failure to pay the remaining balance by this date may result in your place being released.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 28 days before the retreat start date: Your deposit will be retained in full as a non-refundable booking fee. You will not be liable for the remaining balance.

Cancellations made within 21 days of the retreat start date: The full retreat fee becomes due and payable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within this period.

Exceptional circumstances: In exceptional circumstances, if we are able to fill your place with another participant, we may at our discretion refund the amount paid beyond the deposit, minus a £100 administration fee. This is not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation cover, so that you are protected in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

ORGANISER CANCELLATION POLICY

Organic Flow Retreats reserves the right to cancel the retreat up to 30 days before the start date due to the fact that minimum participants may not be reached. In the event of such cancellation, all payments made toward the retreat price will be fully refunded to the participant.

Please note that Organic Flow Retreats is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, including but not limited to travel expenses, accommodation outside the retreat, insurance, or other personal arrangements. Participants are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover such costs.

Transfers & Rescheduling

Requests to transfer your booking to a future retreat or to another participant will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability. A £50 administration fee will apply. Transfers cannot be guaranteed.

Travel & Health Insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants review their existing insurance policies prior to booking to ensure that travel to and from the retreat, as well as your stay, is adequately covered. If not, we recommend purchasing appropriate travel and medical insurance for the duration of your trip.

Participation & Liability Waiver

By booking with us, you confirm that you are in good physical and mental health and that you consider yourself fit to participate in the activities offered during the retreat, which may include yoga and movement classes, workshops, rituals, creative sessions, and other embodied practices.

You acknowledge that you participate in all classes, workshops, rituals, and activities entirely at your own risk. It is your sole responsibility to exercise your own judgement as to which movements, exercises, and practices are appropriate for your level of experience, physical fitness, and mental wellbeing.

Organic Flow, its facilitators, and its organisers accept no liability whatsoever for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or adverse experience (physical, mental, or emotional) sustained during or after the retreat, howsoever caused.

By completing your booking you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.

Changes to the Programme

Organic Flow reserves the right to make changes to the retreat programme, schedule, facilitators, or venue where circumstances require. In the unlikely event of significant changes, participants will be notified as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued for minor programme adjustments.

Cancellation by Organic Flow

In the unlikely event that Organic Flow must cancel a retreat, all payments received will be refunded in full. Organic Flow accepts no further liability beyond the refund of monies paid directly to us, including but not limited to travel costs, accommodation booked independently, or other expenses incurred.
