SENSUAL woman MIDSUMMER RETREAT

18TH - 21ST JUNE 2026 ‍ ‍

South of France

A celebration of the sensual woman, by women for women, held in the heart of the South of France.

Midsummer - the sun at its peak, light in abundance, the earth in full bloom. There is no better moment to celebrate yourself. It’s not about becoming someone new, but returning to yourself fully - soft, wild, and alive. Letting yourself bloom.

Across four days in the sunny countryside of the South of France, you’ll be guided through two daily movement classes, embodied rituals, creative workshops, all designed to awaken your senses, release what no longer serves you, and deepen your relationship with your own body and pleasure.

We mark the season together: painting outside, dancing, eating delicious homemade meals, and coming together in a midsummer women's circle.

There are rituals, there is rage, there is tenderness, there is magic in the ordinary. You’ll leave fuller... in your body, your senses, your sense of self.

MOVEMENT

Explore, feel, express during your twice-daily movement classes. We combine yoga, somatic movements practices and tantric rituals to create a rich and varied offering thoughtfully tailored for all levels of experience.

AUTUMN

Food, movement, and connection are what bring me joy and what I love to share with the world. As a chef, I work with seasonal, organic, plant-based ingredients to create meals that nourish and inspire. I recently published my cookbook, Homemade Vegan, which celebrates the creativity and connection food brings. I love bringing people together around the kitchen table to share food and meaningful moments.

As a yoga teacher, my focus is on helping people connect to themselves - their body, breath, and the present moment. Yoga is an opportunity to feel our body.

I’m trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, and I aim to make yoga accessible and welcoming for everyone. My classes are creative and playful, whilst also drawing from the wisdom of yoga philosophy.

With a training in Pranayama, the breath plays a central role in my teaching. I believe the breath is the thread that ties the practice together, guiding transitions and anchoring the experience.

I look forward to sharing this retreat with you and creating space for connection, reflection, and growth. See you soon!

Sweet Wishes,

Autumn

SANDI

Hej loves, I am Sandi - and just how I started this sentence I see myself as an advocate for love, striving to embody & share it. I therefore create yoga, tantra and embodiment classes with an atmosphere where one feels seen, welcomed, and a sense of belonging. A place where you are invited to express your authentic self and are held in full presence.

With years of experience teaching yoga and holding retreats, I weave in knowledge from my diverse trainings in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Synergy Yoga and Wim Hof Method to create my own unique approach to yoga. Strong asanas are balanced with mindful meditation and intuitive, dance-like movements.

In addition, I hold an Embodiment Essence Facilitator Training Certificate with a focus on self-love and women empowerment. Creating rituals for women to encourage self-expression and exploration is how I love to gently introduce my Tantra background to retreat guests.

Looking forward to moving, breathing, and exploring together soon!

Lots of love,

Sandi

GIFT A PLACE

We believe that rest, joy, and pleasure shouldn’t only be available to those who can afford them.

The retreat has its fixed price to fairly pay the place, the farmers we source our produce from, the facilitators, and the work that goes into creating the experience. But we wanted to find a way to open the door a little wider. Maybe you can help us do that.

If you choose our Gift a Place ticket, a portion of what you pay goes directly toward funding a place for a woman who wouldn’t otherwise be able to join us. A woman carrying more than her fair share, who deserves to set it down for a few days.

She’ll sit beside you at dinner, move with you in the morning, and share the same four days under the same midsummer sun. You won’t know who she is, and she won’t know it was you, but the circle will be fuller because of it.

Women can apply for a sponsored place themselves, or be nominated by someone who knows them. If you’d like to put someone forward, or put yourself forward please click here to complete our application.

If a Gift ticket isn’t possible for you right now, a standard ticket is more than enough. Just being here is the thing.

If this retreat isn't for you but the idea of gifting a place moves you, you're also welcome to make a one-off contribution. Every donation goes directly toward funding a sponsored place and helping a woman access something she wouldn't otherwise be able to. Click here to support in gifting a place.
