You are longing to reconnect with your body and your senses. You are craving the nourishment of real, present sisterhood. You want to celebrate life, its beauty, its pleasure, its light - with women who truly see you.

Midsummer - the sun at its peak, light in abundance, the earth in full bloom. There is no better moment to celebrate yourself. Three days in the south of France, gathered with other women, to feel your body, awaken your senses, and let yourself shine. A gathering woven from delicious food eaten slowly, creativity with your hands, movement, laughter, and the kind of sisterhood that reminds you who you are. We mark the season together: painting outside, dancing, cooking and eating with joy, and coming together in a midsummer women's circle. There are rituals, there is rage, there is tenderness, there is magic in the ordinary. You leave fuller... in your body, your senses, your sense of self.

YOGA

Enjoy twice-daily yoga classes blending Intuitive Synergy, Dance Yoga, Creative Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Tantra workshops and Somatic Release, a rich, varied offering thoughtfully tailored for all levels.

fOod

Homemade plant-based feasts made with local, organic, and seasonal ingredients. You can expect 3 delicious meals per day, as well as hot drinks, and creative sweet treats.

CREATIVIE WORKSHOPS

Explore natural materials, colours and textures in a hands-on creative workshop - a space to slow down, follow your instincts, and let something beautiful emerge.

LOCATION

Located 1.5 hrs from Bordeaux in the Southern countryside of France, there is also a beautiful local village within walking distance from the house.

ACCOMMOATION

A beautiful French house, with a large garden, pool, beautiful bedrooms, space indoors and outdoors to explore and relax.

POOL

There is a pool in the garden you can enjoy to swim and float. And a large garden to enjoy exploring, reading, dancing.

Retreat Hosts

AUTUMN

Food, movement, and connection are what bring me joy. As a food designer, I work with seasonal, organic, plant-based ingredients to create meals that nourish and inspire. I recently published my cookbook, Homemade Vegan, which celebrates the creativity and connection food brings. I love bringing people together around the kitchen table to share food and meaningful moments.

As a yoga teacher, my focus is on helping people connect to themselves -their body, breath, and the present moment. Yoga is an opportunity to feel our body.

I’m trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, and I aim to make yoga accessible and welcoming for everyone. My classes are creative and playful, whilst drawing from the wisdom of yoga philosophy.

With a training in Pranayama, the breath plays a central role in my teaching. I believe the breath is the thread that ties the practice together, guiding transitions and anchoring the experience.

I look forward to sharing this retreat with you and creating space for connection, reflection, and growth. See you soon!

Close your eyes, move with me, and let your body guide you. Smile, feel loved, and share that love. This is the energy I bring to my yoga classes, sometimes calm and introspective, other times energetic and full of laughter and movement. Whatever the style, you’ll always feel my warmth, kindness, and positive energy.

I’m trained in Synergy Yoga, a practice that blends yoga, physiotherapy, and dance. This method focuses on core movement, natural breathing, and gentle stretching, making it a healthy and enjoyable approach for everyone, especially those with small health challenges like I’ve had, such as years of lower back pain. Synergy Yoga is my favorite way to move, and I love sharing it with others.

I also completed an Ashtanga and Vinyasa Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India. You’ll see this influence in my active, dynamic flows and in moments of chanting mantras that I learned from my teachers in India.

Beyond yoga, one of my greatest joys is guiding cold-water bathing experiences. For me, it’s a time of pure presence and aliveness, surrounded by nothing but water and the moment itself. It’s a transformative practice I’m excited to share with you.
