Start your weekend by slowing down, moving, and sharing good food together.

We’ll begin with a morning flow yoga class designed to help you reconnect with your body and breath. Afterwards, we’ll gather for a seasonal, plant-based brunch made with locally sourced ingredients.

This retreat is about connection, to yourself through movement, to the land through food, and to others around the table.

Part 1 YOGA:

A holistic yoga flow open to all levels. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a total newbie, this class is about moving in ways that feels good. We’ll stretch, flow, wobble, breathe, shake… all with the aim of feeling more at home in our bodies. Expect creativity, smiles, and space to move with joy.

Part 2: FOOD:

After moving, we’ll gather for a delicious plant based seasonal lunch. This will be a chance to connect with people around the table. You might leave with a new friend… or a new favourite recipe.

WORKSHOP HOST

I’m Autumn, your host for this Joy Morning Retreat. I’m trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin, and Pranayama, and my classes weave these styles together to create a balanced, creative flow.

Beyond yoga, I’m a vegan chef and author of the cookbook Homemade Vegan. My passion lies in cooking with the seasons, supporting local farmers, and sharing food that nourishes both people and the planet.
